£9.09 per hour
26 hours per week to be worked 7.00am-1.45pm, 4 days a week with weekends as per rota

Stagenhoe is a Sue Ryder specialist neurological care centre based in Hertfordshire, caring for people aged 18 and over a range of neurological conditions. At Stagenhoe, we provide the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence and support their emotional and social needs.
Duties include:
•Taking food orders from residents and care staff
•Assisting in the preparation of meals and refreshments
•Assisting in serving meals and refreshments
•Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and equipment maintained
To be successful in this role ideally you will have experience of:
•Preparing meals for a large group of people
•Able to work as part of a team
•Able to communicate verbally and in writing (essential)
•IT literacy desirable
•Able to work within policies and procedures
•Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or willing and able to complete within 2 weeks of employment commencement.

No two days are the same and this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in catering. Stagenhoe Park is located 8 miles outside Hitchin in the village of St Paul's Walden. Due to its location access to your own transport is required.
