Catering Assistant – Hospice based

£9.09 Per hour
We are looking for Catering Assistant to join our team at Leckhampton Court Hospice.

About the Role:
Shifts will available on various days including weekends depending on need. Shifts are generally 14:00 - 19:00 although there may be some variation and might be some full days available when cover is needed.
Duties include:
Taking food orders from patients;
Assisting in the preparation of meals and refreshments;
Assisting in serving meals and refreshments;
Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and equipment maintained.
To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible with excellent people, team working and communication skills. Specific catering experience is not necessary as full training will be provided but general cooking abilities are important. You must have (or be willing to obtain on commencement of employment) a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and be competent in IT use.
