Sue Ryder is looking for a committed and passionate Senior Nurses to join the team or an experienced Registered Nurse looking for that next step.

About the role:
This fantastic career development role will be integral in the management of our team of registered nurses and support workers. You will ensure the effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of holistic care for an identified group of service users and always ensure the highest quality service and care.
You will also play a vital part to the continuing development of nursing care and services offered to the service users and smooth running of the Service through the acceptance of agreed additional responsibilities.
About you:
•A registered nurse with post registration experience in the clinical field
•Knowledge of best clinical practice for client group
•Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector
•Demonstrable continuing professional development
•Experience of nurse-led management of long-term conditions
•Clinical leadership skills
•Skills in leading clinical practice development for client group
•Proven skills in leading, building and influencing a team
•Demonstrable experience of practicing in a self-directed and highly motivated way
•Negotiation and conflict management skills
•An ability to provide teaching and mentorship in a clinical setting
•Able to effectively manage change
