Supporter Services Executive (Gifts & Compliance)
£28,000 - £30,500 per annum depending on experience
37.5 Monday to Friday
Hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office expected per week

About the role:
The Supporter Services Executive (Gifts & Compliance) will be a key team member of a busy Supporter Experience, Data and Insight Team in London.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading on the day to day operational management of activities within the Gifts & Compliance Team.
• Processing and reconciling income for the Fundraising directorate at Sue Ryder.
• To help and guide other income processing activities carried out across Fundraising.
The successful candidate will also work closely with the Senior Executive (Gifts & Compliance) on the management of Fundraising compliance and best practice at Sue Ryder.
About you:
• Experience of working within a donation/income processing team
• Experience of carrying out income reconciliation processes
• Experience of designing and implementing basic processes and new ways of working.
• Experience of working on a CRM (Raiser’s Edge or RE NXT desirable)
• An understanding of policy and compliance within a fundraising context.
• A good understanding of GDPR
• A good knowledge of HMRC Gift Aid procedures and rules
• Experience of working to and reaching SLAs/KPIs to show good performance
• Understanding the importance of placing the supporter experience at the heart of everything we do
• Educated to A-level or equivalent work experience
• Evidence of continuing professional development in relevant area
