This Supporter Services and Standards Assistant role will involve working as a key team member of a busy Supporter Experience, Data and Insight Team in London.
You will be:
• Processing and thanking donations to agreed Service Level Agreements
• Dealing with Supporters over the phone and via e-mail
• Providing outstanding Supporter Care and exceeding our Supporters expectations
• Learning fundamental database skills and processes
• Dealing directly with supporters and colleagues via a variety of channels.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with internal queries from fundraising staff, including staff regionally at our Sue Ryder Hospices, supporting them to deliver on their goals.
This is an excellent entry level opportunity for a capable and proactive individual to advance their career and learn about all aspects of Supporter Care, Data and Fundraising compliance.
