Main base- South Oxfordshire Palliative Care Hub, Wallingford, OX10 6SL with occasional travel to Theale RG7 4AB and Reading RG7 4AB
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
£26,000 per annum pro rata

You’ll be responsible for…
•General administrative duties and dealing with telephone enquiries, which may entail dealing with complex situations
•Inputting of data onto current IT systems and collecting data to produce reports as required. Working efficiently at an advanced level with spreadsheets to provide accurate reports of service activity. Producing documentation using word processing and other software including clinical software packages
•Responsible for providing information to other departments to support their processes including payroll
•Maintaining safe, secure and efficient office systems management and filing and to ensure safe handling of confidential data
•Coordination and attendance of meetings, minute taking and follow up if and when required. Ensuring that all relevant paperwork and background papers are prepared and available in advance

The ideal candidate would be…
•Experience administrator with a natural talent for organisation and a genuine passion for supporting people.
•Confident managing time-sensitive workloads, coordinating rotas, and keeping operations running seamlessly, supporting different colleagues and teams along the way.
•Strong IT and financial administration skills,
•Excellent communication, with a discreet, supportive approach.
•Ability to lead by example and contribute to a positive, efficient team environment.
Minimum Essential criteria:
•Experience providing administrative support in a professional setting
•NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification/experience)
•Educated to GCSE standard (Maths and English)
•IT and Systems skills
Desirable criteria:
•Healthcare/Clinical Administration experience
•Experience supporting or guiding colleagues
•Experience with financial administration
•Experience of meeting/administrative coordination
•Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
