Senior Staff Nurse - Hospice at Home

£27,144 - £29,445 per annum, pro-rata plus excellent enhancements
Part time positions available, variable hours to cover rotas, permanent basis.
It is an exciting time for Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice. We are expanding the community service that we provide to patients requiring Specialist Palliative Care.
With an outstanding service already supporting patients to be cared for at home we are now looking to expand this care through a substantial development in our Hospice at Home service.
We are looking for Registered Nurses preferably with experience of Community Nursing and Palliative Care who are passionate about providing high quality Palliative and End of Life Care to patients and their families in their own home.
Requirements:
- NMC registration or in process with return to practice programme
- Acute Nursing experience
