Are you an experienced project manager looking for your next challenge? Reporting to the head of IT you will be leading Sue Ryders IT project delivery and IT business partnering functions.

About you
It's an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running you will have significant experience at senior project management and leading a team across multiple disciplines. You will need experience of managing the entire lifecycle of a project including resource planning, RAID logs and prioritisation matrixes. You will need strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across multiple disciplines along with excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with key stakeholders. Ideally you will have advanced IT skills and a professional qualification in project management or significant experience.
Main duties include
• Lead the business engagement and delivery team to ensure processes, change controls, reporting dashboards and KPIs are established
• Ensure that IT Business partners are embedded and engaged within their specialist areas helping to shape departmental strategies and goals, in line with the overall IT strategy
• Provide a platform for our Business Partners to provide feedback and insights into IT Operations, IT leadership and projects
• Provide support in the area of project leadership, agile project management, decision support and operational change, and business partnering with all areas of the business both internal and external
• Lead in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes embedding a project governance framework, ensuring testing is in place for all projects, and post project reviews take place
• Manage demand via the appropriate governance structure and when an opportunity is identified manage the delivery of quick wins/business enhancements
