Are you looking for a new challenge and wish to join a dedicated team who deliver excellent and personalised palliative and end of life care? We are looking for an exceptional nurse with strong leadership skills to further develop and support our In-Patient Unit Team.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior nursing role in a specialty whereby transferable skills/ knowledge can be demonstrated rather than just identifying palliative care. Management and leadership experience essential. If you have experience in palliative care or oncology, either in the community or a hospital setting and can demonstrate experience of leading and developing teams, we would like to hear from you.

There is plenty of scope to further develop your own skills in specialist palliative care, and planned career progression through our education programme and development framework is encouraged. We also have an excellent staff to patient ratio. So if you are enthusiastic, committed and looking to use your knowledge in specialist palliative care with an expert national charity, then this should be your next career move.
