About Us
Reporting to the Head of Products and Services you will lead the Products and Services Buying team to develop, and continually improve, a competitive and profitable range of products and services across all Retail sales channels, focusing on how we can help consumers to Reduce, Reuse & Recycle by offering a wide breadth of products.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement ranging strategy in conjunction with Head of Products and Services
• Managing sourcing and development of appropriate range for each category reflecting both breadth and depth in line with budgeted option growth within each key trading channel (shop and online)
• Responsible for managing maintenance and updating of range information and ensuring all key stakeholders are kept updated of all changes
• Keep abreast of current market trends, competitor activity and buying patterns
• Monitor and produce regular analysis of sales, stock & margin data against a specified budget
• Develop a network of trusted suppliers and develop procurement policy in line with overall strategy

Key Skills
• Experience in Retail buying with a sound knowledge of product lifecycle, ideally with strong online presence
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and good understanding of stock management and supply chains and the legal and safety requirements for all goods
• General understanding of materials manufacturing processes and their environmental impact
• and market knowledge, ability to spot, react to and predict market trends
• People management and development skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proven track record of delivering on key KPIs
