Senior Healthcare Assistant – Palliative Care Hub
St John’s Hospice, Moggerhanger,
Bedford MK44 3RJ
£11.15 to £11.66 per hour (excluding enhancements)
Full time & Part time hours available.
12-hour shifts.


About the role:

Predominately phone Senior Health Care Assistant roles are available, as well as our Care at Home Palliative Senior Health Care Assistants

Within this role you will work in the community providing outstanding palliative and end of life care to patients within their own homes. The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs. The service runs 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.

About you:
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle – Essential
• 1+ Years’ experience in a care setting – Essential
• You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team as well as on your own, use initiative, organise your workload and have excellent communication skills.
• You must be IT literate as this role requires remote working with a laptop
