If the answer is yes, then this is a fantastic opportunity to support the Sue Ryder Property team. The property team is one arm of the Health, Safety, Estates and Environment (HSE&E) service and you will be reporting to the Head of HSE&E. You will provide back-office functions for the effective and efficient administration of the property and health and safety team. This is a vital role in the property team contributing to the delivery of Sue Ryder’s palliative and bereavement support across the UK.

About you
You will have excellent planning and organisation skills ideally with a customer focus on service delivery. You will be proficient in Microsoft office and web-based IT systems and have strong experience in an office support role including some financial processing, ideally in a property support role. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with a good geographical knowledge of the UK are essential to succeed in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Property helpdesk function – responding, filtering and redirecting phone calls and email enquiries from internal and external customers
• Liaise with Retail teams and Landlords to arrange site access for contractors
• Support the Property Managers with landlord and lease enquiries
• Incorporate financial information in departmental records and work plans
• Support the H&S team to maintain records of statutory compliance
• Maintain records of contractor and FM service contract activity on tasks and produce reports to support effective performance management
