If so, Sue Ryder invites you to make a meaningful impact as our new Healthcare Experience Manager.
In this influential role, you’ll champion service user involvement across our care services—leading initiatives that empower patients and families to shape the care they receive. You’ll translate feedback and data into action, lead quality improvement programmes, and embed a culture of collaboration and elevate the service users’ voice throughout our organisation.
What you’ll do:
Act as an expert advisor on service user experience and clinical co-production.
Lead quality improvement initiatives driven by patient feedback and experience data.
Empower teams across Sue Ryder to engage in meaningful patient participation.
Communicate insights and drive organisation-wide changes that matter.
Support frontline teams in resolving complaints and enhancing care delivery.
Work with our education team to deliver impactful complaints training to our local teams
What you’ll bring:
Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with post-registration qualification.
Experience in delivering impactful quality improvement projects.
Deep understanding of healthcare engagement, co-production, and data analysis.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
A passion for person-centred care and lived-experience-led service design.
Experience of delivering training and education to teams
