It's exciting and fast paced work and you will find yourself dealing with unusual one off merchandise. No two days are the same and this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in commercial internet trading.
About you
Ideally you will need some online trading experience and be a team player with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. You will have experience of using image editing software, with the ability to maximise sales value. Excellent customer focused communication skills along with a flexible approach are essential in order to succeed in this role
Key Responsibilities:
• You’ll be responsible for listing products online and keeping our customers happy.
• You will ensure items are displayed and described correctly, researching as required and dealing with enquiries as they arise.
• Transferring and storing images into relevant folders
• Ensure that items are listed in line with agreed KPIs
• Keep update on ecommerce trends
