If the answer is yes then this is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of our new EDI strategy working collaboratively with a range of internal colleagues including our Learning & Development team creating content and learning interventions to educate and bring about culture change across the organisation.
About you
You will be passionate about EDI with proven knowledge and competence in this area, developed through work, study or participating in staff networks or related forums. You will have a proven track record of project delivery. You will be a good relationship builder and influencer with the ability to adapt and engage to a range of audiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Engaging our employee/volunteer networks in the delivery of our strategy, gathering feedback and insight from the networks to identify any issues that may need resolution or intervention and to understand how EDI messages are received.
• Providing guidance and practical support to the staff network chairs and key members of the networks including logistical support and planning for events.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that there is an effective communications plan in place to support EDI events.
• Working with the People team to develop KPIs to measure our success.
• Providing content for and updating the EDI section on our intranet and other media and forums.
• Actively seeking opportunities to develop own subject matter expertise and keep abreast of developments in the field.
