eCommerce Assistant - for listing donated goods

Do you have administration skills and enjoy selling items online? If so come and join our Donated eCommerce team where we are expanding our online retail presence.
It's exciting and fast paced work and you will find yourself dealing with unusual one off merchandise.
You’ll be responsible for photographing and listing products online and keeping our customers are happy. You will ensure items are displayed and described correctly, researching as required and dealing with enquiries as they arise. No two days are the same and this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in commercial internet trading.
Key skills and Knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good customer service experience
• Donated retail operations experience with some knowledge of online trading and commercial targets
• Team player with the ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
• Good photography skills with good attention to detail
