Are you an experienced senior registered nurse with exceptional leadership skills looking for more time to care and a flexible working pattern?
At Stagenhoe we are looking for a Nurse Team Leader to join our professional and friendly team and make a real difference. Reporting to the Head of Care, you will help to lead the clinical team on day to day basis. You will utilise your clinical skills and knowledge to role model best practice and be someone who challenges and supports to ensure the highest possible standards of care and service. There is plenty of scope to develop your skills in specialist neurological care and planned career progression through our education programme and development framework. So if you are an enthusiastic, committed senior nurse looking to develop your knowledge with an expert national charity, then this may be the job for you.
Stagenhoe Park is located 8 miles outside Hitchin in the village of St Paul's Walden. Due to its location access to your own transport is required.
Stagenhoe is a Sue Ryder specialist neurological care centre based in Hertfordshire, caring for people aged 18 and over who have life-changing conditions affecting the brain and nervous system. We are here for people with degenerative conditions such as Huntington's disease, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease - as well as those with acquired conditions resulting from a brain or spinal injury or stroke.

Competitive pay rates
8.00 pm to 6.00 am (nights) 30%
Friday midnight to Sunday midnight (weekends) 45%
Public Holidays 24 hours midnight to midnight 60%
