Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

About us

More people than ever want to be cared for at home — surrounded by comfort, dignity, and the people they love.
And thanks to our new long-term partnership with NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (ICB), Sue Ryder is proud to help more people achieve this choice.

About the job

As Team Leader Administration, you’ll oversee and support our busy Care Navigator team, ensuring the smooth running of the service. You’ll manage workloads, rotas, and processes, keeping everything on track while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

With strong IT and financial admin skills, excellent communication, and a discreet, supportive approach, you lead by example. Flexible, detail-focused, and values-driven, you’re ready to guide the Care Navigator and admin team to deliver outstanding, inclusive support for patients, families, and colleagues.
